Thank you all . Please take care ..time to go 
JANUARY 2012 was the the year I joined IFF.A whole world away it seems I've faced many demons and in a good place in myself.
I added quite a few people here and I have a simple message ..each one of you touched my life even in a small way with your words,conversations, postings, blogs, friendship and company. You were part of my journey and I suppose for me at least, I want to extend a warm, friendly and sincere THANK YOU.
Such were the power of your words and thoughts in my journey here.
I have to give a very special thanks to those who made me part of their lives every day too. I shall remember you all.
What have I learnt to share over the past 4 months..... A few things..firstly we are only victims if we allow our self to believe it.
Secondly our reaction to a situation has the largest impact on us. Life happens and sometimes we just have to accept it ..like a passing relative, friend or illness. Other times we receive abusive energy or rejection from others and I have realised its about knowing you don't deserve it and you are far better than that bs. It seems too many just love the control over us that we allow it to happen. If whoever this person is..a relative, lover or a friend its up to us to value ourselves and say NO.This is enough. Draw the lines in the sand and say no more or it has to change.If it doesn't, bless them and walk away or the cost can be your health and time robbed from someone, who can love,respect and honer you as you deserve, will be the price.

LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT VS LUST AT FIRST SIGHT

As the title suggests, how can you tell the difference between the 2 and how sure are you about it?
When i was younger, i could mix up the 2 aspects upon the first meeting, falling head over heels for someone i felt strongly physically attracted to could mean (then) i loved her upon first sight. Now to me loving or being in love with someone means accepting her the way she is with flaws and all, after getting passed through the physical attraction. So to me love at first sight is practically non-existent now.
The difference between love and lust? as i can see now and can describe is.......
If you were close enough and had the means to do so, would you drop everything to go to the other person if they needed you? If yes, you are definitely getting into the loving the person range.... but there is more to it than that. When you REALLY love someone you always think about the other person in more ways than the physical - "if i did X what would happen to the other person?" It is respecting the other person, and caring about how your actions and reactions will affect the other person.
If "you" do something which could potentially make someone lose their job - even if you are in another state or country - then you have shown a lack of respect to that person and the love is not love.... it is lust - be that lust either physical or mental... for companionship or commitment. Lust has many forms, but there is no respect in it. It wants something and makes the mind fixate on that thing until it is satisfied.
Love can also be killed by the receiver or the giver's actions. If you promise yourself to more than one person then you are being disloyal and lustful. This is wrong. To love is to commit and want to make the other person happy. It is to trust - completely - and know your "partner" you have chosen will return the trust in the same manner. Trust is definitely not instant, and takes time to grow, and just as actions can kill love, they can also kill trust. Once trust is broken.... love quickly follows (in my experience).
You can not love a person if you can not trust them, and trust is essential to get beyond lust. It is the inside of a person - their soul - which teaches them which way is the right way to go... conviction, honor, self discipline, humility, self understanding, and much more that leads a person to be able to know and ascertain if they really love someone....
The saddest of all; however, is the person in the world who has never know what love really is....

BOTH KILL IN MILLIONS.
In every country and across the world everyone is aware of one type of people easily. These people create terror among the ordinary and innocent citizens of the countries and the world. They kill them by many means that are well known by now and they keep inventing new tricks by the day. Why they do so, it is still bit confusing. I wonder and doubt if they have to settle scores with the ordinary and innocent people- perhaps it may not be their objective. Perhaps their grouse may be against the people in power who they perceive as wrong doers or whatsoever. It will be wiser to deal with them directly and perhaps a few problems might start getting solved which they bother about.
In every country and across the world, there are second types of people as well who are not easily considered as killers of the people. But they do exactly that, day in and day out, pretty easily without creating any uproar. So no one easily notices them.
Who are these people?
These are the people who work in every organization including the government and also independently: they pollute environment, they produce spurious medicines, they provide dirty drinking water, they adulterate food, they facilitate creation of unemployment and force people to go hungry and shelter less and they do much more such harmful things- the list is endless. The people who adversely get affected and subsequently die either immediately or over a period of time by these acts are countless, perhaps more than the people who get killed by the acts of terror.
Both types of people kill people- both kill in abundance.

This collection of actions to be taken was written by Sybyl F. Partridge in 1916. Sybyl wrote these words and used them in a workshop. She gave in the 20's and 30's her works have been used and copied as handouts for many 12 step programs. It is a Gem And Sybyl deserves to be known for her contribution. Her words of wisdom have helped millions of people, most of whom do not know who to thank so for them I Say thank You Sybyl.
1. Just for today I will be happy. This assumes that what Abraham Lincoln said is true, that "most folks are about as happy as they make up their minds to be." Happiness is from within; it is not a matter of externals.
2. Just for today I will try to adjust myself to what is, and not try to adjust everything to my own desires. I will take my family, my business, and my luck as they come and fit myself to them.
3. Just for today I will take care of my body. I will exercise it, care for it, nourish it, not abuse nor neglect it, so that it will be a perfect machine for my bidding.
4. Just for today I will try to strengthen my mind. I will learn something useful. I will not be a mental loafer. I will read something that requires effort, thought and concentration.
5. Just for today I will exercise my soul in three ways; I will do somebody a good turn and not get found out. I will do at least two things I don't want to do as William James suggests, just for exercise.
6. Just for today I will be agreeable. I will look as well as I can, dress as becomingly as possible, talk low, act courteously, be liberal with praise, criticize not at all, nor fault with anything and not try to regulate nor improve anyone.
7. Just for today I will try to live through this day only, not to tackle my whole life problem at once. I can do things for twelve hours that would appall me if I had to keep them up for a lifetime.
8. Just for today I will have a program. I will write down what I expect to do every hour. I may not follow it exactly, but I will have it. It will eliminate two pests, hurry and indecision.
9. Just for today I will have a quiet half hour all by myself and relax. In this half hour sometimes I will think of God, so as to get a little more perspective into my life.
10. Just for today I will be unafraid, especially I will not be afraid to be happy, to enjoy what is beautiful, to love, and to believe that those I love, love me.
If we want to develop a mental attitude that will bring us peace and happiness, here is Rule #1:
Think and act cheerfully, and you will feel cheerful.

How do we measure a man or woman?
So many times in life over the years I have seen and heard others talk of others both good and bad. In a high school rumors run rampant literally all the time. Gossip is a way of communicating if not for all most of us. Over a summer a few years back I attended several funerals of family and friends. In two of the funerals the lives of the folks were what impacted all those in attendance and yes people were grieving and upset yet the influence and discussion of that person is what surmounted the grief. It was easy to measure those people through their lives.
I attended a teenager’s funeral and it was of a different nature more about religion and salvation than the child who was taken at such a young age. It has bothered me as I knew this young person. People were addressing the life and measure of this young person. As I read the comments and the notes left I can see a wonderful person emerge, one that will impact others and me for many years.

Several times I have pulled this quote out the past six years. It is a good one, a philosophy of life that truly presents a universal truth in a sense. When social status has no significance and means nothing to someone to a degree they will not let that be an issue in life, nor is it simply treating people as you would like to be treated. Doesn’t that sound familiar; literally every religion has that philosophy running through it. I have always found this to be an interesting concept.

Oh to often we sit back seeing and knowing what is right but not saying anything. We know we need to treat people differently than we do and just cannot seem to take the step or climb up and do it.

As I sit thinking reading through various writers thinkers I always seem drawn to Gandhi, a simple man who in his simplicity changed a nation. From his thoughts sprang new ideas and a determination with the ideas and philosophies of Rev. Martin Luther King Jr.

I have been trying for this summer to come up with something along that line, how can we judge man truly judge man. If we devoid ourselves of senses such as sight, hearing, and smell can we judge a man purely on character?

I have always felt strongly that of all the famous people I have read about perhaps today’s youth need to read more about this remarkable woman. She stood out among people and was recognized as a great individual beyond the fact she had overcome so many obstacles. She spoke in front of the powers of the world in her time yet never saw them or heard them. For those of you who do not know Helen Keller, she at a very young age due to an illness lost her sight and hearing. Later on down the line a book and then several movies addressed her life in “The Miracle Worker”.
Essentially the story goes how a teacher would not give in to a child with no sight or hearing who had basically become a spoiled brat. With her teachers help a great mind was opened to the world and, “we can never know what miracle is wrought in our life, (or more importantly) or in the life of another.” Take a moment this morning and review where you are in time, in life and step forward boldly offer a hand up if needed and do not be afraid to ask for that hand if you need it.

The family has been around for more than 230 years and has slithered its way into each country on this planet, threatened every world leader and their governments and cabinets with physical and economic death and destruction, and then emplaced their own people in these central banks to control and manage each country’s pocketbook. Worse, the Rothschilds also control the machinations of each government at the macro level, not concerning themselves with the daily vicissitudes of our individual personal lives. Except when we get too far out of line.
In the year of 2000 there were seven countries without a Rothschild owned Central Bank:

Iraq

It is not a coincidence that these country, which are listed above were and are still being under attack by the western media, since one of the main reasons these countries have been under attack in the first place is because they do not have a Rothschild owned Central Bank yet. The first step in having a Central Bank establish in a country is to get them to accept an outrageous loans, which puts the country in debt of the Central Bank and under the control of the Rothschilds. If the country does not accept the loan, the leader of this particular country will be assassinated and a Rothschild aligned leader will be put into the position, and if the assassination does not work, the country will be invaded and have a Central Bank established with force all under the name of terrorism.

Penalty for cheating man/woman

Just a silly thought...
Our government imposed so many fines or penalty for civil/criminal offenses committed such simple as: littering, smoking, drinking alcohol on a train, driving drunk etc...etc...
But why our government doesn't impose a penalty or fines for cheating for married man/woman? there would be less womanizers and manizers lol. There would have been less single mum or dad or broken families in that matter. If there would be a penalty, the doer will be, more likely to stop and think more times about it, coz, it will cost a lot if proven guilty. Now it seems a part of the society, and men and women accepts that and this repeatedly happens in some marriages. Why? coz reason is, no penalty, nothing at all.
Well just a silly thought...and maybe you have some silly opinions too.

THE LITTLE BOY

Friends i would like to share this Story with you...
Some of u may have read it before, if not then here it is.
Sally jumped up as soon as she saw the surgeon come out of the operating room. She said: “How is my little boy? Is he going to be all right? When can I see him?”
The surgeon said, “I’m sorry. We did all we could, but your boy didn’t make it.”
Sally said, “Why do little children get cancer? Doesn’t God care any more? Where were you, God, when my son needed you?”
The surgeon asked, “Would you like some time alone with your son? One of the nurses will be out in a few minutes, before he’s transported to the university.”
Sally asked the nurse to stay with her while she said good-bye to son. She ran her fingers lovingly through his thick red curly hair.
“Would you like a lock of his hair?” the nurse asked.
Sally nodded yes. The nurse cut a lock of the boy’s hair, put it in a plastic bag and handed it to Sally. The mother said, “It was Jimmy’s idea to donate his body to the university for study. He said it might help somebody else. “I said no at first, but Jimmy said, ‘Mom, I won’t be using it after I die. Maybe it will help some other little boy spend one more day with his Mom.” She went on, “My Jimmy had a heart of gold. Always thinking of someone else. Always wanting to help others if he could.”
Sally walked out of Children’s mercy Hospital for the last time, after spending most of the last six months there. She put the bag with Jimmy’s belongings on the seat beside her in the car. The drive home was difficult. It was even harder to enter the empty house. She carried Jimmy’s belongings, and the plastic bag with the lock of his hair to her son’s room. She started placing the model cars and other personal things back in his room exactly where he had always kept them. She laid down across his bed and, hugging his pillow, cried herself to sleep.
It was around midnight when Sally awoke. Laying beside her on the bed was a folded letter. The letter said:
“Dear Mom,
I know you’re going to miss me; but don’t think that I will ever forget you, or stop loving you, just ’cause I’m not around to say I LOVE YOU. I will always love you, Mom, even more with each day. Someday we will see each other again. Until then, if you want to adopt a little boy so you won’t be so lonely, that’s okay with me. He can have my room and old stuff to play with. But, if you decide to get a girl instead, she probably wouldn’t like the same things us boys do. You’ll have to buy her dolls and stuff girls like, you know. Don’t be sad thinking about me. This really is a neat place. Grandma and Grandpa met me as soon as I got here and showed me around some, but it will take a long time to see everything. The angels are so cool. I love to watch them fly. And, you know what? Jesus doesn’t look like any of his pictures. Yet, when I saw Him, I knew it was Him. Jesus himself took me to see GOD! And guess what, Mom? I got to sit on God’s knee and talk to Him, like I was somebody important. That’s when I told Him that I wanted to write you a letter, to tell you good-bye and everything. But I already knew that wasn’t allowed. Well, you know what Mom? God handed me some paper and His own personal pen to write you this letter. I think Gabriel is the name of the angel who is going to drop this letter off to you. God said for me to give you the answer to one of the questions you asked Him ‘Where was He when I needed him?’ “God said He was in the same place with me, as when His son Jesus was on the cross. He was right there, as He always is with all His children.
Oh, by the way, Mom, no one else can see what I’ve written except you. To everyone else this is just a blank piece of paper. Isn’t that cool? I have to give God His pen back now. He needs it to write some more names in the Book of Life. Tonight I get to sit at the table with Jesus for supper. I’m, sure the food will be great.
Oh, I almost forgot to tell you. I don’t hurt anymore. The cancer is all gone. I’m glad because I couldn’t stand that pain anymore and God couldn’t stand to see me hurt so much, either. That’s when He sent The Angel of Mercy to come get me. The Angel said I was a Special Delivery! How about that?

ITS A SUPERB STORY WHICH TEACHES US TO BE USEFUL EVEN AFTER DEATH, SINCE DEATH IS SURE IN EVERYBODY’S LIFE AND ALSO FRIENDS go out and express your love and care to whomsoever as early as possible…the story is heart melting…i guess we wont be able to write letters from heaven but may we not find ourselves in a position there where we would regret for words not spoken while we were alive…LIFEs Great…PLEASE KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK.
