Do human expectations and agreements influence the physical universe? Apr 7, 2010 4:57 am
1202 Views

If billions of people agree in expecting climate changes to manifest at the beginnings of decades, centuries, and millennia, is this one of the causative factors in the apparent major shifts in weather patterns beginning in the years 2000 and 2010?

Is this analogous to the Bible quote: "If two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven. For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them" (Matthew 18:19-20)?

Is Art More Important Than We Realize? Jan 26, 2010 4:42 am
1447 Views

"A culture is only as great as its dreams, and its dreams are dreamed by artists."

"A culture is as rich and as capable of surviving as it has imaginative artists,
skilled men* of science, a high ethic level, workable government,
land and natural resources, in about that order of importance."

Quotes from the book Science of Survival,
by physicist, engineer, philosopher L. Ron Hubbard

What are your thoughts and feelings on the value and importance
of the arts to individuals, to society, to life on earth?
What do the arts contribute to these?
What other thoughts about art will you share with us?

* This book was published in 1951.
Prior to the 1970s, the word men was used to mean "men and/or women."

Can Religion and Science Complement Each Other? Jan 19, 2010 10:27 am
1513 Views

Some people say that traditional religion is no longer adequate for today.

Some people say that modern materialism is no longer adequate for the new millennium.

Can postmodern eclecticism harmonize the essence of spirituality with the essence of science into one integrated search and development of useful helpful wisdom?

Raj Patel's Value of Nothing? Jan 15, 2010 7:39 am
1544 Views

Does anything still have value today?

What does?

And what doesn't?

Do different things have different kinds of value? Physical? Mental? Emotional? Societal? Cultural? Ethical? Spiritual? What other kinds? Can these be balanced and harmonized with one another?

What is important?

What is not important?

What should we do more?

What should we do less?

Are we giving more time and energy to pleasing others and to being accepted by them than to doing what is most important for the well-being of all of us?

Please let us know . . .

Fraud in the AIDS Industry? Jan 12, 2010 5:02 am
1523 Views

AIDS in developed countries is caused by abuse of drugs (such as amyl nitrite, which causes Kaposi's sarcoma and pneumocystis pneumonia, and such as habitual "prophylactic" misuse of antibiotics, which causes thrush), combined with a generally dissolute lifestyle of other drug and alcohol abuse, lack of sleep, poor nutrition, etc., and/or multiple infections (as with hepatitis, Epstein-Barr virus, cytomegalovirus, herpes, and/or venereal diseases, etc.) from sexual promiscuity, sharing needles, or blood transfusions, etc. AIDS is not caused by HIV, and it is not sexually transmitted, except as such infections as I mentioned here.

AIDS in developing countries is mostly reclassification of tuberculosis, malaria, parasites and infections from polluted water, malnutrition, etc. When patients are treated for these real conditions, their "AIDS" usually vanishes.

The "AIDS tests" are frauds; even their package inserts state that they should not be used to determine HIV or AIDS status.

"AIDS drugs" may often suppress symptoms and markers temporarily, but they do not lengthen lives, on average. They hasten death, in most cases, typically from liver failure, not from AIDS.

There are several safe effective alternative treatments for AIDS that cure most cases, when followed comprehensively, but not all alternative cures are effective. It's not whether something is called "alternative" that determines whether it is safe and effective. "The proof of the pudding" is not in the theory or consensus, but in the results.

However, there is much money to be made by scientists, pharmaceutical and condom and test manufacturers, physicians, hospitals, universities, labs, technicians, staffs, suppliers, foundations, activists, lobbyists, politicians, advertising agencies, news media, etc., by propagating the myths and lies that HIV = AIDS = death.

Robert Gallo, Anthony Fauci, and others have falsified research findings and told many lies to make money. One of their lies is that HIV causes AIDS. Honest research proves that AIDS is not caused by HIV.

If you would like references, please feel free to visit the many articles at the websites, or the YouTube documentaries, of best-selling author and multiple-award-winning documentarian Gary Null, Ph.D., world-renowned scientist Peter Duesberg, Ph.D., famous pioneering scientist David Rasnick, Ph.D., multiple-award-winning author and journalist Janine Roberts, multiple-award-winning television and radio host and author Tony Brown, and thousands of other honest scientists, physicians, and expository journalists, including Nobel laureates. You can also find many of their presentations and interviews in the archives of the Progressive Radio Network website.

What are your thoughts?

Swine Flu Hoax? Jan 6, 2010 10:41 am
1535 Views

Are several governments and much of the media lying to us about H1N1? Many scientists and physicians say yes. Who's making money from these lies? Which is more dangerous, the flu or the vaccine? What can we do to genuinely protect our health?

Some fine sources of true useful information include the live and archived broadcasts at the website of the Progressive Radio Network, the many articles at the website of Gary Null, and his many multiple-award-winning documentaries, viewable for free at YouTube.

I also recommend the book The Ultimate Swine Flu Survival Guide: Answers to Your Most Pressing Questions about the Swine Flu, the Swine Flu Vaccine, and a Holistic Approach to surviving this Flu Season, by Vincent M. Pedre, MD, board-certified internist, and clinical instructor in medicine, and also his website.

What are your views on this controversial question, which could gravely affect your and your family's health for the rest of your lives?
