.... How it encourages you to be
"in the moment".
There is so much about most of our lives that entices us to live either in the past or in the future that it has become more and more challenging to actually get to the present;
TO THIS PRECISE MOMENT.
"Stop and smell the roses," we used to hear & say but it's rare that people actually do.

A unit in s-e-x education was about to begin, and each student had to bring in a permission slip in order to take it.
Little Johnny handed in his slip and explained to the teacher,
"My mom says I can take the course as long as there's no homework."

When John, a nice man married for over 50 years died, his wife Myrtle was devastated.
A couple of months later, Myrtle also died.
Once in heaven, Myrtle anxiously looked for John.
Suddenly, behind a cloud, she could clearly see him with another woman.
She ran towards him, calling his name: 'John. darling.. John'
